Return and Refund Policy Creations by B&G is proud of the custom handcrafted jewelry that we make and we want our customers to be absolutely satisfied with their purchase. Returns If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, then you may return it in its original condition for a refund. Returned packages must be postmarked within 14 days of original delivery date. Shipping and handling are not refundable. Returned merchandise must be unused or altered and in its original packaging. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping, handling, and other fees for the return shipment. To initiate a return, please email us at help@cbgcrafts.com with a description of the merchandise to be returned. Place the merchandise in its original packaging and send it to: Creations by B&G 401 Frankfort Ave Oswego, IL 60543 We recommend that you purchase insurance for the total value of the returned merchandise and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment arrived at its intended destination. Creations by B&G cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Once your return is received, it will be inspected and any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or damaged packages will be returned to sender. Returned merchandise that show signs of wear or have been altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Refunds Approved refunds will be refunded within ten (10) business days of receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will be credited to the same card. Refunds on PayPal purchases will be credited to the original payer's PayPal account. Shipping and handling are not refundable. Changing or Canceling an Order If you would like to cancel or change an order for any reason, please contact us at info@cbgcrafts.com as soon as possible. We cannot change or cancel an order once it has shipped. If your order cannot be cancelled, you can return it to us for a refund. Shipping and handling are not refundable. Creations by B&G reserve the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to the proper authorities. Shipping & Handling Policy All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail® with no additional "No Shipping and Handling fees" to our customers for any jewelry order. Orders are normally shipped within one to three business days after receipt of payment. In the event that an order takes longer to ship, you will be notified via email. Custom Orders Time to complete and ship custom orders will vary. Custom orders require an e-mail address and phone number so that we may contact you with the expected completion and delivery dates.
